"Parents, make sure your child’s immunization records are actually unloaded to the state of TN by this office. Getting ready to go to college and realized that the only records sent to TN were 8 week old baby shots, everything else needed read “past due” even though all vaccines are up to date and ready for college. Thank goodness I had hard copies but it took many phone calls and e-mails to get this sorted!"

"This office will not help my family with billing insurance to reduce our out of pocket costs. Blue cross said I could ask them to resubmit a bill in a certain way that the insurance would then cover. They refuse to do this. This lack of caring service is costing us hundreds of dollars instead of 15$. Will never return."

"I was there to get my daughter's immunization record, they gave me care without an appointment, it was a quick process, everyone was patient and kind. I would like the doctor to be kinder and more loving with the children, but in general, fine. They do not speak Spanish. No hablan español, pero se portaron amables y la atencion fue rapida."

We TRUST these wonderful physicians and their helpful SWEET nursing staff, & Mrs Jackie at the front desk is so good to us!"

"I only go there when the Bartlett location doesn’t have space for routine vaccines and when the Bartlett location is not operational, like now. My 2 year old likes his doctor (Dr Elisa) who is great, and the nurses are good too but what’s up with the front staff? One of them is always rude, uncooperative, and just doesn’t seem to want to be there. Today I asked for a note saying they my son is fine to go back to daycare ( which the doctor said he is) and that one person insisted that I should be fine with a note saying he is excused from school today. Can’t she read? She refused to do anything else. Luckily I was saved from this pen pusher by a nurse who was there and amended the note for me. Who hired her??? Unfortunately I don’t have her name to put here."
