"01/16/2022: update .. I have to say the last 2 times I have used this salon I have walked away dissatisfied within a few days. The last time was my pedicure with Mary. I hate to say I wouldn't use her again. My toes nails looked awful. The pedicure was subpar and the end result had me redoing them myself a few days later. Yesterday I had a nail appt with Hannah. Bummed to say I did something easy - manicure and gel polish. Chose matte white. Less than 4 hrs later and nothing done but lunch with my girlfriends, one of my nails had already chipped and the polish on my middle finger is wavy (what happens when the coats are sufficient and even). I would go back here again! I just will ensure moving forward that I only use Tammy for services. I have gone to Tammy many times for manicures and pedicures over the last year and she is outstanding every time. I probably will not try any one else given the track record. Changing from 5 Stars to 4 Stars (sorry Tammy!) only because I think for a 5 Star salon you should be able to use a handful of people vs one. Previous review: I have used several of the techs here for service. Happy to say .. I will keep driving the 20 minutes for a manicure, pedicure, gel nails, eyebrow wax, dip and acrylic nails. My nails are typically $40-50. I get the dip or acrylic with gel polish and some sort of design. Spa pedicure usually is $40 with hot stones, parrifin wax, full massage, paint (non-gel). I am very picky about my nails and toes. I would strongly suggest you give them a try. They are medium priced - not cheap but not expense. It’s clean. Personable. Plenty of parking. I’ve used Tammy for nails and Tammy, Hannah or Mary for toes. Hannah for waxing."

"Used to love this place. However, my last experience changed my opinion. I asked them if they could do the nail art like the picture that I showed them from my phone, and they said yes. Janet did the full set, she did a great job. Then a male staff did the nail art. Then, he switched with another male staff. They both conversed in Vietnamese, and it seemed like they had problems with the design that I showed them. Not only that, there was a lady that kept standing next to me without saying anything. She talked to the two guys in Vietnamese, a couple time. I swear it was highly uncomfortable. After they were done with the nail art, one of the guys PATTED me on the back and laughed ... not really sure what he meant but it was making me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ... I appreciated the final result, but the process was stressing me out. They should make their customers felt comfortable and actually communicated with them ... my last visit was on May 18th and I haven't returned... and I don't think I will. I hope they read this and consider to improve their customer service skill."
