"Experienced horrible customer service and courtesy at the Covington Pike location in Memphis, TN. Called at 7:02 to speak with a manager. I was rudely placed on hold and no one responded. At 7:29 my call was hung up on. Cashier in the cafeteria was very rude and too busy texting on her cell to properly service customers. Example, she told me my one slice of pizza was $9.41 as she texted and looked at videos. As I was leaving the store after making a major purchase and other items, I told my husband never again! I was going to COSTCO. A young man named TEZ approached me and rendered the best customer service and courtesy I've ever received here. He alone is the one and only reason I will give this location one more chance. Managers do not answer or respond while in the store or by phone. I waited inside until I couldn't wait any longer. I hope that bad leadership will not deter TEZ from being and becoming his best self. Shame on management and much success and thanks to TEZ!"

"Club Manager Joel did an awesome job resolving an issue I had with some items I left at this location. He reached out to me and had my issue resolved 100% in only a few days. He's definitely one of the best managers I've encountered in a while. Initially my problem took some time to even be fully acknowledged but its was even resolved. It's clean, staffed pretty good, and had everything I was looking for."

"The stuffs are very rude. One of the worker rolled her eyes at me. Woman keep your attitude at your place They are not helpful at all. I wish I could write a written complaint about this place. The manager should be mindful that we pay to buy from here . It is not a voluntary service. The administration needs to provide training to these workers. This place should be rated as zero star. I don’t recommend anyone to go this Sam’s Club."

"I’m not a very fan of Sam’s club as a whole, that too outside of NWA. Walmart and Sam’s clubs are way much better in the North west AR if you compare them to other locations throughout the nation. This particular location is also nothing different. I usually visit their pharmacies. The pharmacists are nice but their system as a whole is slow. They have bakery, fresh produce, dairy, meat, fish, clothes, etc usual stuff. However, I feel the qualities are mediocre as compared to price. This location ( any locations in TN) doesn’t have any the car wash! So I cannot use that benefit with my Sam’s premium membership. At this location, overall everything is slow. Most of the times, majority of the check out counters are closed. Hardly 2-3 counters remain open with long lines and wait time!"
