"Worst experience EVER…DO NOT go here. Kelly started my nails and after 90 mins and being knicked 5 times I asked for someone else to finish. The other two technicians looked at my nails and both made disgusted faces. They told me they sign contract so Kelly had to finish and take ownership. I asked for the manager, to no surprise there wasn’t one on site! One of the other techs finally did come over and fix and finish my nails. My cuticles hurt and a few nails she used the file on too much hurt. My nails still are not acceptable, but I couldn’t take it any longer. Will never go back and they better hope I don’t get an infection."
"I used to enjoy coming here years ago, but this last time did not live up to my expectations. Prices are reasonable, and yes everyone was nice, but not even 48 hours later almost all of the color has peeled off my nails. The only nail still with color is the one I went back to have fixed the next day. While I hadn't expected them to last long, I did expect they'd make it until my birthday 4 days later."
"Super disappointed. Janelle did my nails and it was obvious she was in a bad mood. Didn't even have me rinse off my nails before she applied gel. Effort 2/10 stars super disappointing I usually love this shop"
"I don't understand why their rating isn't higher, because every time I've visited this salon, the front desk person greets me immediately, all the techs are very nice, and every pedicure I've had there has looked great. The chairs are nice/newer and the prices are fair. Don't let the lower reviews scare you from trying them! I love this place."
