"This particular super cuts I seem to constantly have problems with. I get on the list, show up on time or early and still multiple people in front of me. 'A short wait' becomes an hour plus. Switched to a different location so we'll see. My first experience in the new place, I signed up, showed up, waited 5 minutes and was seated."
