"I am visiting Twig Hair Lounge salon first time. Place very clean, front desk professional and friendly. My hair dresser was Nicole. She sweet, friendly, and amazing hair dresser. Nicole love what she does, it's very important. Nicole give me nice advice, does excellent job,Thank you Nicole! When I was checking out, lady from front desk give me sample they product, I am love it, definitely I will chenge my shampoo for them. My hair looks healthy and alive. "As a first time client, I have nothing but positive comments about TWIG Hair Lounge. It had been almost 12 years since I visted a salon (self cutter until TWIG). The salon is designed beautifully to start. From the flooring, to the accent lighting and open floor plan, the facility was very warming and clean.... everything one would like from a upscale business. What impressed me the most, and this never waivered are the employees. Each one welcomed me with a smile and took the time to greet me. I was paired up with Jen who gave me great customer service and I'm very pleased with the cut she provided. I gave her creative freedom and she did not dissapoint. I need not forget the amazing head massage and hair washing that was also provided by another employee. TWIG provided the complete package and I look forward to visiting many more times in the future."
