"Absolutely horrible experience. The tech who did my manicure was rough and most unprofessional I’ve ever encountered. She did a terrible mail job, was rude to my the entire time, made me bleed and was condescending when I asked her to treat the cut before she proceeds with the rest of the manicure. She put on cuticle remover on my cut and said “this will stop it” I said what is it that you’re using? she said “you don’t know it’s for salon use” I said I need and alcohol pad to treat it, I’m prone to infection. She says “infection doesn’t happen”. I said I have seen patients with infection happening just like this and she said “ no, no infection happens”. I’m a doctor, I should know how infection happens! But she ignored me. She didn’t provide me with that small alcohol pad I asked for and proceeded with doing my nails in that rough manner. The worst part was how the owner was right there and didn’t react to how upset I was at all. She didn’t ask how things were or try to make anything better, even though she witnessed the whole thing. Had she approached me or let me explain to her what has happened, I wouldn’t leave this review as mishaps and not-very-good techs exist everywhere. But with that management, I had to write this so everyone knows if they encounter a bad tech, they will be ignored and there is nothing anyone would do for them there. Not going back there."

"Honestly would give 0 stars if I could. Got gel extensions on just my tips and the layers were all uneven, when I went to get them removed. I explained to the manager and the individual who removed multiple times that I only have extensions on my tips yet she used the tool on my full nail. She shaved off a huge layer of my nail as you can see in the photo. This is 3 weeks later. My nails are still red and extremely weak. I went to speak to the manager who was barely interested in hearing what happened and noted down my number to have the owner call me, who never did. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was truly a terrible experience on a professional level and overall customer experience. I would recommend the other nearby nail salons for anyone considering trying this place."

"Really hit it or miss First visit- best dip manicure I’ve ever had. My nails were so strong and lasted a month Second visit- Manicurist drilled my nails down so hard that they went from being thick to painfully thing. They started cracking almost immediately after I left (yesterday). I went today to have them do two nail repairs and they superglued my nails together which actually helped.. then this afternoon a good part of my actual nail broke off and well into the nail bed. Super painful and so frustrating to have spent $50, time in a drive ack to the salon, to still leave in a worse condition and in pain The ladies all seem really nice and the first girl I had was one of the best. I just hope they can train their staff to all have the same level of service."
