"I’ve been coming to Susan since 2010. I moved from Brazil and couldn’t find a hair stylist that seemed to do a decent job with haircut, so I gave up and only had my hair cut or styled when I went to Brazil (once a year). Then I moved to Carlsbad and found Susan! Well, she did a wonderful job and was a very nice person so here I am, almost 14 years and I never had to try anyone else. Recent I did a bit of coloring with her and I loved it. Totally recommend her!"
"Susan is the Brazilian Blowout queen! She brought my hair back to life and I couldn’t be happier! My mother has gone to her for years now but has tried other places in the past but says no one compares. She now exclusively goes to her. I am on my 3rd Brazilian Blowout with her and it typically lasts 4/12 months strong then I usually go in again around 6 months. My hair is frizzy and very curly! I moved away and still drive a 45 min commute to get them done by her. Also Susan is kind, gentle with my hair, and very knowledgeable about all things hair!"

"Susan Ward has been my Stylist for over 15 years. From the first time she cut and colored my hair, I knew I'd never go to anyone else. When we met, I told her that I needed a haircut that I wouldn't have to do anything with because I only wash and brush my hair - I don't even blow-dry it. Tall order! But Susan consistently does a beautiful job and the haircut still looks great as it grows out. And I love the color - have never wanted to change it because it suits me so well.
