"Disappointed, worse nails ever.!!! 1 Nail Broke the next day after I had nails done. Nails were wrongly done. My hair would get stuck in my nails like if I had them done for 2weeks or more, but it was only 1 day. Man did dipping powder. Never returning."

"I love my nails! I showed Peter what I wanted and he said he could do it, even did a tester to make sure it was the same as the photo. Peter did exactly what I wanted and he was very gentle and thorough. I will come back again! Also place is very clean!! Thank you!!!"

"My 2nd maybe 3rd time here. The 2 previous times were sufficient yet this time was different. Maybe they were anxious to leave? As I arrived 1 hour before closing..The manicure was done rushed,sloppy. I had to point out to her to clean the polish on my skin...Lady initially ask if I'd like a gel.i declined as gel manicure weakens my nails. I told her a regular one. It's pretty obvious they stock up heavily in gel polish yet have a pitiful stock of regular- old,unknown brand of polish... she does my mani, mentioned more than once my nails are short. Yeah, I like them short,I have very long piano length fingers,I no longer do dragon lady nails. That annoyed me. Once she paints I immediately notice red polish is OLD,clumpy... I ask if she had a fresh bottle as this polish is old. I suggested she add something to make it easier to apply. She mumbled something and sarcastically says if you're the expert. I said no, I'm not on nails but I know an old polish when I see one. I didn't like her attitude. Then she says my skin is dry.hell it's cold and winter time! Everyone has dry skin this time of year... they can save the insults for someone else. I spent $41 here,will not return. Nail shops ARE a dime a dozen"

"Lisa (the shop owner) book appointments HOWEVER, she doesn't honor them when you show up at your appointment time possibly because she NEVER writes down the time or name of the person making the appointment! I've seen her answer phones, give appointment times but never write them down. How can she possibly remember who's coming and at what time, and not over book?!. Which is exactly what happened to me today. This isn't the first time either. I called her at 2pm and made an appointment for 5:30 the same day. After work when i arrived at 5:27 she tells me she's really busy and will be with me in a few minutes after she's done with a wax. Well a few minutes turns into 15 min after which time she says okay im almost finished then she goes to sit and starts working on another ladies pedi. 5 min later she tries to persuade me to let another manicurist do my nails saying, "umm honey can you let the new girl do your nails....she really really good". I was a little hesitant but said okay since I saw that she was basically passing me off to someone else, plus I didn't want to continue waiting on her (even though I had an appointment). Big mistake! The "new girl" had a horrible attitude! Very unfriendly and rough with my nails. She hurt me a few times when she was using the nail drill, never apologized but just gave me attitude as though I had done something to her. My whole experience with her was very unpleasant! She did an okay job on my nails, but i felt very uncomfortable in her chair. I ended up spending 2 hours there!!! Very dissatisfied with this business!"

"Not happy!!!!!! New workers..too slow..poor work..went bck today to fix my nails & lisa turned me down. If i had a unhappy customer that came back i would take the time to fix it. Also i dont like the fact that they dont do designs ....they keep it simple..i did liked that place becuz it was clean & friendly& i dealt with it being simple...but i got very dissappointed today ..i needed my nails fixed & it was still early .....but oh well i wont b coming back..."
