"I came for workers comp lab work and waited for 2 hours to see someone. The lab tech couldn't draw my blood without a doctor's order which is understandable but waiting 2 hours when there is only 1 other paitent in the the facility is pretty ridiculous. I would rather just charge my insurance then wait this long for a simple work comp order. I checked in with front desk staff twice before I just decided to go home and take care of it myself. This was the worse Healthcare experience I've ever had and I've been a nurse for 12 years now plus I work for HCA myself. I'm very disappointed in this Urgent Care."

"Do NOT do online check-in. We drove straight to the clinic after registering online. Came inside to use the bathroom and I asked the guy at the front desk how long the wait would be. He asked for the name, I told him and then he said probably 15-20 minutes. Waited 30 minutes inside and after seeing a person who arrived after me go in, I asked if there was anything additional I needed to do. He said he sent me a text saying to fill out more paperwork. I had been sitting there texting with multiple people and never received a text. In fact, I clicked the link again just to see if it would show a wait time and it still just said registration complete. Then he told me, NOW I'll be put on the list, after multiple people have arrived and registered at the desk. Apparently they work the online checkins around the walk-ins so again, do NOT check in online if you want to be seen quickly. You'll have to come and check-in at the desk anyway. I saw the same thing happen to another online check-in while I was there. I was supposed to receive a call back about labwork but it's been over 4 days. Haven't heard back. Maybe strep tests take an unusually long time to process?"
