"I have the same issues as some of the patients who left comments about how bad the staff is. I left comments on the patient portal but never got any answers. The last time I went to see the doctor, nothing was updated on my records, like what kind of medicine I was prescribed. It took two weeks to get the nurse to call in my medication into the pharmacy. I could not get anyone to call me back, then, finally, my meds were ready; unfortunately, the cost was outrageous (the doctor said she didn't know how much this drug cost) Well, it was $500 for 30 days! At that point, my access to the patient portal was gone. My email and password do not work. I called the IT dept; but, you can't talk to anyone. You have to leave a message and so far, no one has called me back. Overall, I have to say that my experience has been more than disappointing."

"My doctor is great but the office staff is lacking training. It took two weeks to get my medication that was called into the pharmacy. I could not get anyone to call me back. I had a situation with one of the nurses that was more than unpleasant, and called the office manager twice, left voice mails and have never been called back. The only person that I could get a call back from was the business office."

"I called to schedule an appointment for my mom on 06/30. I was informed that my mom had already been seen by two seperate doctors at this office. The lady informed me that the nurse practioner will be calling back to speak with me. I assumed that there was a delay due to the 4th of July holiday as well as the previous storm, which caused power outages. After waiting a couple of weeks, I decided to call back. So, I called today (07/19 @ 2:44). After being on the call for 15 mins, they are now stating that they need a signed HIPPA form in order to speak with me and that I have bring my mom with me in order to retrieve this info. This should have been communicated on 06/30. Trust the reviews.!!"

"Had a vasectomy with Dr Adam's in August of last year. He was great and his nurse was great, but the billing department was a headache. Paid completely out of pocket early, got a bill where the said I hadn't paid anything, and they billed insurance as if I hadn't paid. Got that resolved quick, but ran in to an issue this year. Went to the ER and got a CT scan confirming a kidney stone, but Dr gray demanded I get a new CT scan. I was asked to pay before I even met the doctor. Given my previous issues, I walked out and called st francis to get an appointment with their in house urologist that would use the old CT scan. I see no reason besides greed that an around 72 hour old CT scan would be invalid."

"I saw Dr Larimer for years and, when he retired, was given to Dr Stewart. Very, very disappointed. Wait time is totally unacceptable, I receive no feedback on test results/ the attitude is totally different since Dr Larimer left. I have had several appointments canceled for me to reschedule."
