"I shop TRR online all the time. In store looks beautiful. And staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. But their products are not put in order by size. I don’t have time to waste looking at every piece that catches my eye to check the size and then find out it’s an XS when I’m an XL. Please order your clothes by size. And, create a search for Bangle sizes just like you do Ring sizes."

"This place is on the border of being fraudulent. They took advantage of an old woman who thought she was selling her fur coat for a decent price and wound up getting $60. There’s no way to get in touch with anyone or get a call back. When you call you get somebody in India."

"Horrible horrible. Do not ever give the people that work here the time of day. Do not listen to their advice, it’s wrong. They will remove things on hold for you. & you will come in & it’s Sold! They have no concern or remorse or extend an apology. They won’t OPEN a box & let someone who brought a product in to even touch it. Unprofessional & stupid no phone call, no approval from a store. A random phone customer service agent has the power to remove an item out of a cart on hold by a store for a customer! One phone call… no communication or approval. I’m there w/ cash, card & my dress is in the back in a box about to get sent out to someone else. They said NO need to purchase we’ll keep it on hold & make make a note to customer service! LOLLOL Trash"

"Went in with my friends to look around and the sales associate was extremely rude. She was not helping us with our needs at all, and did not bother coming by to help. My friends wear Muslim headscarves and we got the impression that we did not belong. All of a sudden I look up and I see the sales associate make a hand gesture to the security guard about us. She made an “X” like gesture with her hand indicating to him that she didn’t want us there. Maybe this thrift shop would have better review if they had better well mannered associates. After that we just walked out and found what we needed at another friendlier shop. I hope this shop is more inclusive, friendly, and accepting of people from all backgrounds in the future, but I will not be going back."
