"Beautiful store great merch a bit pricy. Noticed that the men's merchandise cost more than the same or comparable this for the ladies. I asked about this and the response was "they charing for the yardage used to make the item."" Then each size would be different . And this is Stanford."

"Beautiful shop, and I couldn’t believe it was a gift shop. It felt as if it were a high-end boutique. The employees were very kind. One was a Hispanic girl with blonde in her hair, and the other was an African American girl. Little did they know I was having a rough day, and when I walked into these young ladies welcomed me in and offered to help me. I didn’t want to stand out, so I declined the help. These two ladies began talking about food options in the area. I listened in because I was starving and looked around. An older Caucasian lady joined in from where she was working and began talking about food. It was so nice to hear just plain conversation. I had been in my grandmothers room all day and heard nothing but hard conversation. To come and hear just friendly and clean conversation was amazing and helped me to feel relief. When I got to the side the Caucasian lady was on, she spoke to me and offered help. You go into so many places, and the workers act as if they don’t see you or if they’re too busy. I appreciate that at this place of business you are made to feel as if you wanted to be there. I purchased my items, and the lady who spoke to me last rang me up. She was telling me about the boutique she usually works at and the items they sell. I was able to get what I needed to continue my stay the next few nights here, get dinner recommendations, and get recommendations on a place to get head coverings for my grandma all in one stop. Great experience, and I was able to get a great dinner delivered thanks to these ladies."

"Shop was so cute and organized and the employees were very friendly and greeted me as I walked in. They asked if I need help with anything to let them know. You can tell they put lots of work in the upkeep and presentation of the shop. There’s also a wide selection of gifts and even clothing items which was nice!"

"Staff very rude. Followed me around the store, watched me like a hawk, offered little customer service. Register was down, so I decided it was all just too ghetto of an experience and left, setting whatever I was planning to buy down. Then one employee shouts, “guess I’ll just put this back for you.” For me? Isn’t that your job to maintain the store? Get a grip. Not everyone is looking to steal, and if they are, your asset prevention strategy is trash. Following customers around the store watching them like a hawk is a dated/useless asset prevention strategy, statistically speaking. I’m here because my grandfather is getting a tumor removed. You all should be more gentle with people and stop the racism/prejudice/terrible customer service."
