"Not the worst but recently went in for fillings and i told the dr the anesthesia didnt work and he said its fine and started drilling on my teeth teeth were in pain all day and i feel a gap missing from my tooth now"

"I got a dental crown back in 2017 and every dentist and orthodontist I’ve seen since has commented how bad it looks. It’s too wide and flat. The male dentist flattened it after I told him it was too high and he proceeded to file it down! Trust your gut and go somewhere else. Better to pay out of pocket for good service. I also had to get a root canal on that tooth later because he killed my nerve while putting the crown, so rough. Just by reading the other comments please don’t put yourself or children in these situations. I recommend the pediatric dentist on Betteravia for your kids."

"This place is horrible. Genuinely. I don't recommend, AT ALL. Please take your kids elsewhere. The male dentist in specific is just disrespectful and has no patience with your child. Even when your child can range from ages 3-10. If your child doesn't cooperate He will simply not do work on them. You'd expect for a dentist to at least be thoughtful and tell your child it'll be okay. But no, he's something else. Horrible treatment. Won't ever come back! If you want a good dentist I recommend Modern Smile Dentistry. The complete opposite of Zen Dental reviews."

"I never had a problem before until my daughter needed two fillings. The male dr came in and set the gas on her nose and INSTANTLY started drilling. She started screaming and kicking in pain and he almost kept going! My daughter had to push him away from her, she’s only six and now is terrified of the dentist. I will not be bringing her back ever again. He didn’t let the gas kick in or try to calm her in anyway nor did they numb her. Don’t recommend getting work done here ever for your kids."
