"Unprofessional, rude, poorly spoken staff. I was told I’d be charged $30 over the phone for an x-ray, one piece of black and white paper. I left there with a receipt, being charged $50. That’s right, they charge a $20 credit card “processing” fee and said nothing regarding! For a piece of paper! No verbal “total” of $50 ever came out of Jeanette’s (receptionist) mouth. She said $30! Red flags all over Argonne Dental. I have denti-cal, who would charge poor people a $20 processing fee? Options people! I even offered to pay with a check which would have saved me $20. No mention!!! They wanted the $20! Rip offs! Dentist should retire or at minimum hire experienced, tactful and well spoken staff. When I called to resolve, Jeanette was rude and shamed me for signing a document when I first became a patient that cc fee was $20, what does that have to do with a black and white piece of paper in the present? Not even an appointment! I’m sorry it still needs to be verbalized. People need to know what they’re paying for. This may seem minuscule but it speaks volumes to how they do business."

"Very unprofessional staff along with dentist herself. Will never go back to that dentist again nor will I tell others to go there. She should not be a dentist here in California. She should go back to where ever she crawled out of. If you want a professional caring dentist don't go to this one. Animals don't even deserve someone like her. She doesn't deserve a star at all but that is the only way in order to post this information to the world. Rude hateful wicked evil dentist."

"Terrible business practices. Stole money from a family member when they did not perform services and refused to return a voluntary deposit. Also, threatened additional charges when my family member refused to drive illegally to an appointment (giving them more than 48 hours notice). Steer clear of this dentist, but if you do go here NEVER pay in advance."

"They are great, smaller office, clean professional. They use video cameras to look at your teeth as well as x-rays. They care about their patients. Because of their excellent treatment I no longer fear dentist. The Doc is great. I had 6 cavaties repaired and one tooth pulled. Their camera system really helped locate 3 that the xrays didnt show that well. They were just specs. Not only did it find them they removed them in minutes. Also they are affordable. I have never been bothered by any extra charges from insurance. Great place give it a try I take my whole family there"

"If I could I would not even give this place one star. By far the worst dentist office I have ever been to! Took my daughter in because she was having pain, our appointment was at 11. Literally waited 1 hour and they let a walk in client go in before us. When we finally got back the people looked so unprofessional and were not welcoming. My daughter is very shy and they didn't try to make her feel comfortable, instead the DA threatened to keep her stuffed puppy if she didn't listen. Who does that? She cried so I was completely done. They didn't even bother to do a visual examination they just told me there was nothing they could do and walked away. This place might be good if they get all new employees. I definitely do not recommend this place and definitely will not go back."
