"Congratulations!!!! You have found the best dental practice on the planet. I am truly sorry that 5 stars is all I can give. First of all, I was maintenance deferred...like for decades. Upon my arrival, and yes, they seamlessly squeezed me in on an emergency when I could not find a dentist in my county. There I was, with 4 cracked teeth one of which was exceptionally infected. Truly, had my MedStop doctor not refused to refill my antibiotics prescriptions "You must go to a dentist -now" I would have never darkened Brilla's doorstep. When your teeth are in the condition mine were; it is the finger wagging judgment you fear more than the cost. Second, the warmth that you are greeted with is not only professional, but sincere. After spending almost all of 22 and part of 23 commuting regularly down to Brilla Dental; I have never been in the office without hearing laughter in the background. How many times have you heard laughter in a dentist's office? In my experience, the patients AND the staff are happy to be here. 3 crowns and two implants later, I can honestly say that I experienced ZERO pain. The discomfort of the numbing shot was as bad as it got and that first day required digging, cracked did not translate into a willingness to leave my mouth. All three dentists and every staff member - save office - have had their hands in my mouth, with ZERO pain. Somewhere around my 4th visit , I told them to stop prescribing the pain meds, as they simply weren't necessary. You want to know about $? Their prices are lower than San Luis Obispo; and if you qualify, they take payments. However, you will save money and time, as this is a one stop shop. Praise the Heavens, they do everything. Brilla Dental is worth every dollar I have paid them and more. Brilla Dental is worth every second I spend on the highway. The ringtone that plays when Brilla Dental calls is the Hallelujah Chorus and if you are like me, you will visibly relax and feel safe as soon as the building comes into view."

"Soon as you walk through the door your level of anxiety diminishes. You are met with pleasant and smiling faces. The office décor is very nice. This is a very efficient and excellent staffed office. Dr. Bassel is a very compassionate and thorough dentist and makes sure everything is done to make you comfortable. He takes the time to listen and explains everything in detail. Every time I have gone for dental work, I have had a phenomenal experience. I would definitely recommend this office."

"Dentist and staff are friendly and competent. Be careful the office financial person, Angie, will overcharge you if she can get away with it. Ask to see a price list before they perform any work. If their price seems too high, get another dentist office estimate... I prefer Dr. Kitto, however, they were too busy to make an earlier appointment."
