"They were provided with complete plans to create two custom pieces - bookcase railing and specialty wall cabinet. 1st attempt - delivered bookcase to job site. Was not built even close to specs listed on plans. We feel like the plans were most disregarded entirely. They requested opportunity to fix however the fixes would need to occur on job site. 2nd attempt- after multiple weeks, they returned to the job site to fix issues. Made some changes to correct issues. Took multiple trips over two weeks to complete this phase of changes. Still left with piece that didn't fit space and had 3" gap behind one side. To accommodate for new gaps created by their production errors, we offered one more opportunity to fix issues. 3rd attempt - this just occurred. They should have just stayed home rather than install these makeshift fixes. Used a different kind of wood and built something that now needs to be removed. I'm chocking this up as something similar to a very expensive (spent over $3k on this project) bad haircut. Hopefully this review can help others from being burned like we were."
