"I walked in 8 minutes late and was greeted with "oh your appointment is at ---" I told her, I understand and can leave, she responded "no, I have time." Went for a trim and had inches off my hair, we agreed to take off one inch and she kept chopping. I have very fine thin hair and we also agreed on long layers, she put very short layers leaving me with thick hair in the midsection and barely any hair in the bottom! Shop was unsanitary and very dirty with other people's hair everywhere including the counters. Never again!!!!"
