Reviews
"We were very unhappy with this facility. Our children were in tears of panic at the thought of going the next day. They only attended three days before we pulled them out. Definitely listen to the negative reviews. It was a terrible experience and I am sad my kids had to endure it for those three days."
"I worked here for ONLY 9 days, and let’s just say there’s plenty of reasons why they’re only 3 stars but they don’t even deserve that. On my second day I was put into a classroom with 16 2-3 year olds in potty training.(butterfly) The other teacher was in the bathroom with only 2 kids at a time and I was watching the other 14. One fell, busted her lip. So I was attending to her wound. While I was doing that two other children started fighting and another was playing on a door. The teacher that was in the bathroom came storming out(leaving the children unattended in the bathroom) and told me I needed to pay more attention and yelled at me for not dealing with all 6 events happening at one time while she is sitting on the floor in the bathroom. It was only my second day working in any daycare environment. One of their mottos is “let the child cry it out”. They put me in Bumblebee on my last day(I’ve never been in this class, it’s one year olds) and then the other teacher left. So I was left alone with 6 one year olds. I knew none of their names, I did not know how to run that class before being left alone. And when I first walked in every single child’s face had food, and HARD boogers/snot all over their face, hands, and clothes. If your child is in Rollie Pollie, it’s 4 babies with one adult. So only one child gets attention if needed at a time. If your child is in bumblebee, it’s 6 babies with 1 adult, so again only one child can get attention if they actually need it. The others are ignored unless they are getting in trouble. If they are in Butterfly classroom, they all get yelled at all day long for just being kids. Unless the teacher in that room has favoritism towards them(she has 3, and one is the son of a co worker, so unless you work there, you’re child is treated unfairly). Any child under the age of 4 is left to clean themselves up, the teachers don’t unless the parent says something at pick up. If your child is in Firefly, they get separated and excluded for doing silly, kid things. Ex. One child put crayons in his pants and was forced to sit by himself and not play for over an hour. If your child is in the “big kid” class, dragonfly, which is the class to prepare them for kindergarten, they get yelled at for talking to each other. They’ll get separated and sat in the “red chair” for 10-30 minutes just for being excited and saying something too loud. Or laying on the carpet instead of sitting. Not forgetting to mention, the ants infesting the rooms(especially the younger rooms). They fired me, because I wasn’t bonding with my co workers well enough, and just didn’t fit in. And supposedly would go into classrooms and tell other people how to do their job. I did not, I was still learning and would observe and ask questions and literally do ANYTHING they asked of me. If you want your child to actually be loved, appreciated, and treated like family. Ms Nichole’s Inc is not the daycare you should choose for your child. And if you’re looking for a job, don’t apply, you won’t last. Everyone who works there has worked there for 3+ years, and hangs out outside of work. So you won’t fit in."
"Ms. Nicholes has a way of treating your child like they are their own. My daughter learns so much from her teachers and she loves to play with all of her friends. When I found out I was pregnant with my son they made the process of getting him in there so easy for us. My son has been going their since 2 months old and just lights up with his teachers. I trust that when I leave my kids with them that they are in good hands. Accidents happen and kids get hurt so these reviews that have bad ratings because their kid got injured are ridiculous. Instead of ruining a good company’s reputation bring them up to the teachers and directors because I bet they’d do anything they can to make sure the problem gets fixed."
"We are beyond happy with this daycare and how they treat our daughter. If there are any issues with the way she is acting or if she’s not her bubbly happy self they pick up on it immediately and let us know. We can see their concern for the kids anytime something is going on and my child loves the teachers and playing with the other kids even if they are older. She’s learned a lot since starting here and was a massive improvement to where she was before. We get daily pictures, sometimes multiple throughout the day as well as a daily report each afternoon when we pick her up. Any questions we’ve had about a report there has always been an answer for. We will continue to enroll our child here until she starts regular school. Then we will more than likely be enrolling her in after school care because of our work schedules."
"One star is too much, but it’s the minimum google allows. If you are a prospective parent reading reviews, please make sure you read them all. There are even comments below made by previous employees. READ THEM! I would not even know where to begin to start with how horrible this facility is ran. If you are looking for a place where your child is loved, this is not the place you want your child. There are teachers there who literally scream at the children like inmates. There is no communication from school to home, and there is absolutely no accountability. Everything is always the child’s fault. They are out of ratio daily. Children are not greeted or welcomed upon arrival. They are expected to sit on the floor in front of their classroom door until their teacher arrives because they do not have enough teachers for the kids to go in their classrooms in the mornings. You are lucky to get a daily report and you have a better chance at hitting the lottery than getting a completed or accurate one. There is no curriculum taught. It’s a literal free for all with no structure. They do not have bathrooms in all the classrooms so if not 100% potty trained the kids have to be in a pull-up all day and/or shuffled around and sent into other classrooms just to go to the bathroom. The facility is gross. It smells terrible. The classrooms are dirty. Enough was finally enough and I pulled my child. Explaining why to them would have been a total waste, and they didn’t ask so giving other people the opportunity to read this seemed like the best option. I honestly do not know how this facility is in business. I withdrew my child and they were happy. The actions I have seen and heard towards my child and other children is not something any parent should consider paying for. Basic child needs are neglected and ignored here, and as a previous paying parent, this review is my due diligence to prevent you and your child having the same experience mine and others have had."
