Whataburger

"No one here. Standing in front. Lots of people in the kitchen area, including manager. Waited 2 minutes before someone saw me & took my order. 4 minutes to get 2 biscuit sandwiches - ok time. The young man who brought my order was very nice. He would get 5 stars, but the cashier brought that down"

"Waited in the drive through for a little over 20 minutes for a Cobb salad and apple pie. Got to work to find out they left off the chicken and bacon. They gave me lettuce and half an egg."

"This was my very first time coming here and I loved it. I came early in the morning, around 7, placed an order thru the app for curbside, parked in the front, and only waited 2 min or so for the food. I just got a water and a Whataburger with xtra onions and added ketchup and mayo. The burger was huge compared to other fast food places. It was hot n fresh, made accurately, and tasted delicious. I was 100% satisfied n will definitely be back."

"If I could give this place at 0 star I would, so irresponsible, went through the drive thru. They had us waiting a whole 40 mins, we only waited because we had paid already. They wouldn’t even come near the window to talk to us or tell us it would be a couple more minutes. We had to even honk to see if we could get their attention inside but the guy wouldn’t even look at us inside. There was another 3 cars behind us upset too. Then when he finally came to the window. We asked for refund and he begged us to just take the food and we said ok fine then after waiting the 40 mins and he then says okay let me check if your food is done . IT WASNT EVEN DONE THEN ! We wait another 10 mins and just want a refund at this point not even interested in the food and finally the manager comes we asked for her because the employee kept refusing to listen to us or give us a refund we finally she comes and gives us the food and refund. They were even fighting inside we could hear it, it was all unprofessional honestly. We leave finally and open up one of the biscuits we ordered and they forgot to even add the meat and cheese. A plain biscuit to top everything off. Honestly you guys need to get your stuff together, even a food truck would give me better service than a big franchise like yours, that’s embarrassing."

"I finally had a Whatburger but I am still like what is so great about it? I can think of other places that have a better burger including like Freddys, Five Guys and Cookout for instance. It was an ok burger heavy on lettuce wedge and onions. The bun was good. I definitely wouldn't wait in line for it ( although our basic burger took almost 20 minutes to get even going inside versus the drive thru). The sauce seems to be a hit and and the Dr Pepper shake was unique and really good though. Probably a case of what you grew up on and where. We all have our favorite comfort fast food."
