"I bought my boots from here a couple years ago, no issues there. I had them send my boots back for refurbishment in early Jan and they told me 8-10 week lead time. I've checked in with them three different times asking the whereabouts of my boots and I got the same response of "they'll be here on the next shipment and we'll call you". I came back today, mid April, prepared to speak with someone about replacing my boots but they just went back and gave them to me. No one called me to say they came in, I wonder how long they've been sitting in the back while I wear sneakers to work. Boots look great but I'm not very happy with their customer service. I'll drive to the store in Anaheim next time and hope for better luck."
