"we've been coming to this old navy for quite some time now and almost always have a positive experience due to the sales and positive customer service from the staff. our last visit we were surprised to see some of the holidays clothing start to trickle in and we were happy to know what we'd be purchasing. although the rest of the shopping center is dead, we know this old navy is here to stay because it almost always also has people coming in and out."
"This store is clean and I appreciate the cleanliness because it'll attract customers! When I was in checkout and the employee tried to communicate with me with sign language and I'm deaf...it's great to see an employee who wants to learn!"
"This store always has everything “LABELED” as on sale. After reading the on sale signs carefully I will take an “on sale” item to purchase and nothing labeled as on sale ever rings up at a sale price. I’ve had one employee confirm it is on sale while the cashiers are saying it’s not. It’s frustrating to have to constantly fact check the so called sales. Please start updating sales in the computer system. Otherwise I fear this is a misleading sales tactic to get people to pay way more at the register."
"The store is very clean and organized with great selection. I feel like this store has more of a men's selection than others as well, which is nice. Their staff is all really friendly as well. I was helped by an associate named Matthew today and he was super kind and helpful. He didn't seem rushed or annoyed when he looked up products for me and ordered sizes they didn't have in stock for my exchange. Thanks Matthew!"
