"Okay, I know people who raves about ROSS. They have good to great bargains and the stuff (inventory) is acceptable. But, tell me this, why do people have to throw things on the floor instead of placing (Operative word "place") the item back on the shelf? Yeah, I know how working out is difficult for some people but put the item back how you found it. This is the problem with discounted stores. Other than that, everything else is good."
"Wow the amount of people here holy mother of pearls one would think it was a benefit concert by Bruno Mars, nevertheless store was stocked to the hilt for the holidays and theyre checkput personel was on cruise control because even though there was a line one did not wait like you were going in to court. Great work Ross!"

"This by far is the worse Ross I've been too. I came here twice and both times had a bad experience. The manager or person in charge that's Caucasian, white male is always moody. He has such a bad attitude and treats others badly. It was very hard and overwhelming trying to walk through anything. Very unorganized. I'm surprised no one has fallen down. The white guy is the reason why I won't ever come back."
"Wow this store was a hot mess! It looked like a tornado had blown through. Clothes on the floor, shoes all over the place. A very tiny men's section. Worse of all, what's with their queue and the ENORMOUS lines with 1 person working a register. They must have a lot of theft because I've never seen a Ross with security right at the door. Awful store."
