"Great experience I had here at this location. My boyfriend needed a comfortable boot due to him having a very wide foot. I bought him a gift but came back to get him sized. I believe the girl who helped me was the store manager, I know her name was Christina. She was very attentive and he left with a great fitting boot. Thank you!"

"Not sure why this location is rated so low. I had a great experience. Jose helped me out. He was kind, knowledgeable about the products, and extremely patient with me. Also didn't feel like he was trying to upsale me. Felt he was being genuine. The products are expensive, but as long as you know that going in, it shouldn't be too much of a surprise. Also, "getting $30 off for shopping in store" vs online is kind of misleading. You have to spend something like $300+ in order to get the full $30 off, and it can't be paired with a voucher for work."
