"Went in and didn't see a size 8, only 7s. I asked the lady up front if I could return it if the size 7 didn't work. She said I could, and unfortunately it didn't end up fitting and she didn't return me my money but store credit :( Seriously if your going to say you can return the item have a big sign or clearly mention people can't get their cash back."
