"I ordered my clothes over a MONTH ago and have yet to receive my orde, there’s also absolutely zero shipping details. Even after several attempts of calling and emailing I haven’t received any help from staff. Horrible horrible. On top of that they never restock their items. Very very disappointing."
"Ordered a pink mask for my sister who is a cancer survivor & it was so small that I don’t even think it would fit a toddler. I also ordered a black mask for my husband & it was also too small. He had to choose whether to cover his nose or cover his chin. This was my second order...the first order was great but the second order were poorly made. I can’t reach them... I really needed some good mask for my husband who has health issues & my sister who is breast cancer survivor...I’m upset & very disappointed. I hear of the shop on T.V. so I thought paying a little extra would be worth it...!"
"I ordered something from here online, it said it takes about 1-2 days for the order to be processed. 3 weeks later, still no confirmation about my item being shipped. I've emailed them numerous times, giving them my order number and asking when they were going to ship my product. I have yet to hear back from them. Absolutely terrible customer service, I will never be buying from this store again."
