"Place I understand is on the lower grade for comfort inn chain..yet this by far the WORST 1 I've ever stayed at!!!!!!.. wud of taken pictures of the bedding loaded with cigarette burns...yet it might of been ezier to take a pic of the bedding without a burn hole..the bathtub was extremely filthy..hole punched in bathroom door...and to make matters worse..if thar was even possible...upon checking out at approximately a couple minutes after 10 a.m. No One at front desk...rang the buzzer for 10 minutes n still No one shows up...the room was very filthy..a Total Dive place...Never b back there again..& if u were wise..pay a little more n simply 4git this Dump!!!!!!!!!!"

"Do not stay here do not give authorization for your credit card for security deposit this fool charged a truck driver $118 for a dirty towel. The towel was placed on the floor so that he could get out of the shower without slipping."

"Got there to check in, claimed we only put down 1 guest so had to put down a damage deposit on hold in case we tore anything up.. me my wife and 2 year old.. what pissed me off about this is your going to charge me for damages when your room looks like it's not been cleaned or re done in 20 years?! The furniture is falling apart, the cover on bed had 9 cigarette burns on it and the sheet over the box spring was molded and the carpet just walking on it less than 5 minutes my feet looked like I had been walking in soot but year be very concerned about the damage of a wife n 2 year old child.. smmfh! Especially at already paying $100 for ONE NIGHT!"

"The staff at this location are horrible! We called them from 10 minutes down the road to see if we could do an early check in. It was around 1 and they don't check in until 3. We were told that was fine and the room would be $90 and $100 deposit. When we arrived, they said we had to wait 15 minutes for a room to get cleaned. An hour later, my African American friend went to the window to see if the room was ready, and he told him it would be $110 and a $150 deposit! When I asked him why the amount changed, he said we were "arguing with him" and he would not let us get a room at all! We never even raised our voice at him. If corporate sees this reach out!"

"This hotel is disgusting! After reserving the room I wanted, I arrived to be told they do not have the room I wanted and gave me another room. I have bad knees and climbing 2 flights of stairs is extremely difficult. But I gave it a shot. I walked into what I can only describe as something you rent by the hour. The linens were full of holes, the furniture was dilapidated and dirty. Chairs were also dirty with rips and holes. The shower was literally black and the room smelled like cigarettes and body odor. I just cried. My husband is in ICU and got the room to be close to his hospital. But I could not stay in that room. I went back to the desk and told them how gross it was and was told that their rooms are just that way and the owner didn't care as long as they were still being rented. I asked for a refund immediately so I could get another room. She said it would go back on my card immediately. It didn't. Which meant I didn't have the $450.00 needed for another room. Here I am stuck in a city I'm not familiar with, with no place to stay. I have my dog with me so I couldn't even go back to the hospital. This was an awful experience during a very hard time. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!"
