"What even is the point of a 12:30 appointment when they're not even going to be there until 30 minutes after their lunch ends? Smh drivers stay away."
"I arrived with a delivery of roofing materials to this place one hour and 30 minutes before their stop receiving deliveries time. They informed me that I needed to have an appointment arranged by my broker, and since I didn't have one, they would unload me tomorrow morning instead of today. This conversation took place at 1:30 PM. They suggested that I wait an additional 16 hours to unload the 13 pallets of shingles. Surprisingly, there were no unloading or loading trucks present at the yard, nor were there any waiting trucks. Only two forklifts with their drivers were around. It was a truly strange and disappointing experience, making it one of the most unusual delivery places I have encountered."
"I'm not sure if I just got lucky or what but my appointment was at 8am and they started to unload me right away. I wouldn't say plenty of room to back up but there was enough to easily get in the spot and that was with another truck already in the spot next to mine. The employees were all friendly enough, no overnight parking in the gate but I did see a few trucks parked on the road outside."
"Appt was at 1pm and still hadn't started to load me, very slow. Stated they were about to start loading at 1:40pm and still hadn't started @ 1:53pm. Bad business. Parking lot small, have to blind spot back to park at dock door."
