"I got windshield wipers and they started getting stuck on each other and hitting against my windshield. I went back the next day to tell them what was going on and they said “I have to get used to and it that’s normal.” 2 hours later I was driving on the interstate and my windshield wipers FLEW OFF my car. Obviously was not normal and they should have listened to my concerns and actually looked. Do better."
"I drove 45 min to get here to warranty a Duralast battery. To be fair I didn’t buy the battery originally, but it was less than 5 months old, in new appearing condition and has the manufacturer date clearly on it. I was given a very curt “nope”, can’t warranty it. The battery came from Autozone and I could’ve supplied original purchaser info. The clerk was obviously not interested in helping."
