Once my car was at their facility and throughout the repair process, Trevor made sure I was brought up to date each step of the way. He answered my questions thoughtfully, made sure I understood and never rushed, and seemed genuinely happy to be helping me. He made sure to tell me what an amazing job his detail person did on the interior of my car and was excited for me to see it ~ boy was he right! No exaggeration; it looks better after leaving this shop than when I purchased it about two years ago at Car Max!! With all the complaints from people these days, I thought it would be nice to hear feedback from someone who absolutely couldn’t be happier with their staff…. especially the kind and helpful professionalism of Trevor. "If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my truck in for insurance body work repairs. The whole right side needed repairs so when they pushed back the initial estimated completion date, I was ok with that. After that, they kept pushing back the date for various reasons, one being that the right side mirror had gone missing. Another excuse they gave me was that they didn’t have enough clear coating. Two and a half months later, I’m able to finally pick up my truck. But it wouldn’t start! The battery terminal connectors were all scratched up and one was missing a screw so it was loose. I brought it to my mechanic to test the batteries and maybe get the screw replace and they found a rag ON TOP OF THE TURBO! It was burned and smoking! If I drove my truck further than that, it would’ve caught the whole truck on fire. Communication with the estimate adjuster, Trevor, was fine, but I will never get body work done with Caliber Collisions again."
