"My wife and I went into this store yesterday to purchase some things for Christmas, and literally no one asked if we needed help. There were several associates who followed us, but never asked if we needed help. They appeared to be teenagers working the floor, who were more interested in taking pictures of each other & laughing at customers than helping them. The only reason why I left any star on this review at all, is due to the fact that the security officer was helpful & the cashier. They were the only professionals who treated us kindly in the store. I did purchase items just to let the associates following us know that I was able to do so & my wife desired some items from the store. Customer service should be strongly impressed upon the associates working the floor & if you’re going to follow someone let it be because you’re helping them."
