"I came in the store to get some clothes and in the dressing room i tried on some clothes. On my way out of the dressing room my shirt got stuck on a nail and my shirt ripped. I told one of the associates who works there and they did not care at all brushed it off and did not even say sorry. The worst one I've ever been too. Highly don't recommend this store."

"I went to the Nautica store in Ontario mills with a friend, and when we entered the store, the girl that was working at that moment did really good service asking us in a nice way, if there's something that we were looking for. And when we told her that we were looking for some tshirts, she was helpful showing us some nice t-shirts and she also did good service letting us know how the difference was on the size of the t-shirts. And than while we were looking for more, she told us in a nice way that she will be there if we need more help. And while we were there she was talking with us letting us know more about the store, like letting us know of the different t-shirts that they have in the store. Plus I also saw that she was doing a good job putting all the clothes in a nice way so when the customers go in they will see everything nicely and clean in the store. And she also did really good service while we were paying. She was talking nicely to us about the coupons that they have right now. And she also gave us one for next time we go to the store. So I will definitely recommend the Nautica store in Ontario mills to anyone, for all the good service the girl did when we were there and for how helpful she was."
