"The service manager appeared to do a great job! They know the sequential of the customers’ arrival. I had my headlight replaced with a new one and the mechanic did not properly hook up the wiring! Therefore, the signal light fail to turn on. I have to take my car back for rework! Wasted my time and gas! Now, I have doubt if these mechanics actually doing proper job! For example, if I pay for synthetic oil change… would these mechanics actually used the correct grade? Or just some cheap oil for the full price? How would I check this out? Or tje mechanic was too busy taking break and just reset my oil indicator to 100% and return my car for full price? Just never know!"

"My car battery died and I called to see if I can drop off my Honda pilot. The customer rep on the phone stated that they would be closing but I can leave my car over night if I was comfortable with it. When I got to the service department of the dealership, I couldn’t find the paperwork that I had to fill up. So I walked in and asked Joseph Jones for assistance. He was so happy to help even if it was past closing time. He kept me updated with everything that was going on with my car, especially when the tech broke the bolt that hold the terminal of the battery. But he told me that the part would be in the very next day and they can order the battery that I wanted. The next day (Thursday) my car was ready very early and he notified me. I asked him if I can pick it up after work and he said it was fine. When I came to pick up my car, Joseph explained everything that was changed and replaced. He even put my car through the car wash prior to me driving off. Joseph definitely provided a nothing less than exceptional customer service. Thank you Joseph."

"Quick review: It has outstanding service provider for the customer. Friendly staff, the waiting room is neat and clean with complementary drinks and snacks. The service meet expectation, the only thing I noticed is that it takes two hours to complete the basic service (oil change ). But overall, I would recommend this garage shop. By the way, look for Dane, he is friendly and helpful."
