"We took our 1999 Lexus RX300 to a San Diego Lexus dealer because the Check Engine Light was on. The dealer identified two major repairs that needed to be made with an estimated cost of more than $15,000. We paid $200 for the estimate and took the car home. A friend of ours has been taking his 1999 Mercedes to Lusti Motors for more than a dozen years, and he recommended we take our Lexus there instead. We did. Ryan Lusti was super helpful and kept in touch with us all through the process. We agreed to Lusti's diagnosis and recommendations, and the total bill was less than $2,000 - about 10% of what the dealer had estimated. Ryan also gave us a loaner car while the repairs were being made. Our friend was right and we've become new permanent customers of Lusti Motors. Our RX300 has 120K miles on it and we hope to keep it going to 200K miles, with Lusti Motors' help. We are very happy and recommend the firm enthusiastically and without any reservations."
