"I was able to have my car taken care of not only for the oil change I came in for, but for a flat tire I didn't know I had, and some maintenance work that had been put off by my previous mechanic for far too long. Since it took much longer than expected, I was able to get a ride home and back again while my car was being worked on. Everything that needed to be done was thoroughly explained to me so I could understand. Everyone was very courteous, I received a nice discount, and the prices were very reasonable. This was my first time at Family Auto Service, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely come back."

"Joe is the best!! Going to Family Auto I know they are going to be honest with me and make sure my car is safe on the road. 10/10 would recommend taking your car in if you need anything from an oil change, to tires, to more complex fixes, brakes, transmission work etc. Most recently got both cars oil changes done and even though I told them there was no rush for my car (took my partners car first thing in the morning then switched them after his was done) and that I could pick it up on Monday when they were open since they were so busy, Joe and the team still got mine done same day! Love the service and the team at Family Auto"
"Did a great job of repairing my car, but never reached out to me during the process until it was complete. It would have been nice to get called when they needed approval for repair or to tell me when the vehicle would be ready. I had to call periodically to inquire about what needed to be repaired or replaced and give approval for repair."
