"My reason for going to Big O tires initially was because I bought tires from NTB. I had warranties and free tire rotations with my contract. I didn't realize, contrary to their name (NTB-National Tire & Battery) that they did NOT have locations in California. When I tried to find a location in San Diego their website stated that they were a sister company of Big O Tires. When I called the owner answered and said they were no longer affiliated with them, but he would rotate my tires for free anyway. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I also had a check up and oil change. My battery tested bad so I was happy they caught it before it completely died. Every once in a while I find a business that has integrity and Big O Tires at 7589 El Cajon Blvd. in La Mesa, CA is one of them. I made an appointment and did not have to wait long for the service. There are plenty places to eat nearby. Before I even finished lunch they called and let me know my car was ready. It was so easy."

"I've been going to La Mesa Big O tires for many years. I took my daughters car there today and driving home I decided it was time to give this family owned business some long overdue recognition. For starters, I've been going there for my tires, oil changes and minor repairs since high school, (a long time ago!) and I have never once been disappointed. The team works fast and no matter how busy they are, they always make an effort to get the work done and get me back on the road quickly. They are ALWAYS friendly, and the owner Eddy (who works full time at the business) always greets me with a smile, some kind words and a dad joke here and there. A good business starts with good leadership and watching him and his team work together, it's easy to see why his shop does such good work.
