"Friendly service and fast with a nice restroom, beverages and waiting facilities. Was able to come in on a Friday at 2pm and be out in less than 30 minutes for a regular oil change. Cost was $35. Update: Helix Auto Center to the rescue! We had THE most upsetting car thing happen. Our car broke down with a simultaneous flat tire and dead battery just after we'd loaded in a week's worth of groceries. After limping home from a jump on our spare, I called Helix Auto Center and they were able to get us in on short notice and install a new battery, new tires, align the car, change the oil and locate a missing lug nut. Bonus points that they're located close by on University and Marian and we could walk home to wait while they worked. The cost was better than other places I contacted, they worked fast and we were back on wheels within a day. Customer service was good with lots of phone calls and even a promise to put on wheel locks for us if we decided to get some from the dealer."
