They’re ordering them from another store from Hawaii does not make sense at all. No one knows with the right hands doing. Brandon and Ernesto have very bad customer service. "Map is upside down when I'm driving so I chose I'm going backwards kinda then it changes and it shows me with a map a quarter turn off so it shows me going sideways according to the arrow other than that the instructions are good. Very disappointed and it's very confusing"
"First time I've been in a NAPA that did not have the simple item I needed in stock. A fuel filter to fit my '56 8n tractor. Had the tractor in the database & the other parts I needed, just sold out of the fuel filters. Not much to complain about. Staff was friendly as all other NAPAs & prices & quality are standard at NAPA. My goto place for over 45 years!"
