"Received an estimate on repairing my truck, paid $500 for deductible to start repairs. They call me a few days later saying the door shell is backordered indefinitely and no estimated time back in stock. I decided to take my truck to Puente Hills Toyota to get truck fixed. Asked Canyon to refund my $500 since services were not rendered. They will only refund $500 minus re-stocking fee of the other parts.! If you can't get ALL the parts why would you buy any parts if you can't fix the truck? I am going to reverse charges with bank."
