"DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The owner left me without my truck for days with no communication. He didn’t return my truck the way I gave it to him. He gave me back my truck with all of my dash lights on. Tried to say I needed a new better but little did he know I just bought a battery 7 days before that, I bought a brand new duralast gold. The fuel out of my truck was stolen because he parks it in a sketchy area where homeless are at, I confronted the owner about this & he said himself that there was gasoline on the floor in the back because they stole my fuel. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not only that, he tried to change me 1350$ for a job when the dealer charged me 450$…. He’s a scammer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN, HIS NAME IS CRISS"

"Chris took me in when no other mechanic would. I have a 2003 Toyota sequoia and the sunroof got stuck open. Chris happily took it in, diagnosed and got it repaired for me when all other shops turned me down. Can’t say enough good things, highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and reliable mechanic. 5/5 stars"

"Do not fall for the good reviews!!! I noticed I had to refill my coolant about twice over the span of 2 months, so I guessed I had a coolant leak of some sort. I saw the good reviews for Parra’s and figured I’d bring it in and see if he could diagnose the issue. Chris then goes on to tell me I need to replace BOTH my water pump and radiator, quoting me about 2000 dollars. I don’t even have that kind of money on hand first of all, but I went on to take my car to a trusted family friend mechanic to get a second opinion, and he said the radiator and water pump were completely fine! He r found a slight crack in the coolant reservoir and replaced that for me for 10% of 2k and the coolant issue has stopped. I’m a very young working professional, so Chris probably thought he could rip me off. If I listened to him, I would’ve spent 2 grand and the issue wouldn’t have been fixed since my reservoir was the crack. Do not go to this guy!!!!!"

"The owner was able to help us right away. My friends and I were on a road trip and had some concerning lights come on, after searching for a place to stop and do a diagnostic I called Parra’s. BEST DECISION. Not only was he so incredibly friendly, but he told us to come right away and not to worry- he would get us taken care of. And he did! I can’t say enough how kind, knowledgeable and professional he was. The cherry on top was he diagnosed the issue in no time and was able to send us on our way in less that 20 minutes. If you need a reliable and honest mechanic- look no further! Thank you Parra’s!!!"
