"I really wanted to work with this shop as the reviews looked awesome, but from the first interaction of bringing my Dodge Challenger there, I’ve been met with passive annoyance and laziness. I would send ideas via email only to have no reply and call and leave a message and would get no call back. My note to the shop: I understand you are busy, but you loose out on a lot of business if you don’t follow up or seem interested in new customers’ projects. I was max friendly and interested in every interaction, but it just never seemed like you were interested and I don’t know why. It’s not like I was not willing to pay good money."
