"Took almost 1 month to replace transmission under warranty and they didn't even provide rentals. Their Ford and Lincoln 10 speed transmission is a joke. Worst transmission ever build. After parts arrived it took them 10 days to install the transmission when in another shop they did the same job on a expedition in a 4-5 hours. They keep delaying cars under warranty repairs since they don't get paid much for warranty repair"
