"Will never go back. They took forever and we needed to return a couple of times on things they missed. When we went to pick it up the car polish job was horrible. At that point they wanted to reopen the insurance claim and charge them for something that they should have done correctly the first time."

"My insurance sent me here to repair my jeep from a front end accident. I was so happy that they came and towed my car same day. That was about the only thing I was happy with. After it got towed I didn’t hear back from the auto body for a week. Once I finally got ahold of someone, I was estimated another week for repair and parts to come in. No problem. I called 5 business days later and asked for an update (this was on a Thursday), and was told it would be ready by 4pm the following Wednesday. The problem wasn’t the pushing back of time, it was the ZERO communication. Wednesday rolls around, I call at 4pm and I get no answer but I leave a voicemail. I don’t get a call back the following day, so I call in the afternoon. I was now told it would be ready on Friday. Friday comes around (we are at 27 days at the shop) and I was called 30 minutes before closing to come get my car. Absolutely no communication about an estimated time, and no answer when I called at 9am and 1pm. Finally I get my car back and think the nightmare is over. Well, a few days later (I only drove it to the shop and home) my back tire is completely flat with THREE nails in it. It wasn’t flat after my accident because I drove it home. I called the auto body to ask what was happening and the response I got was. “My guys kept filling it up while it was here” and then a few minutes into the conversation I was told “we had no idea there was anything wrong with the tire.” Please go somewhere else and save the headache."

"My insurance suggested this place, and I’m glad they did! The staff was amazing! Everyone treated me like I was their sole customer. From the front desk to the billing department to the mechanics… I felt like a celebrity. They handled my ford like a Mercedes. From the comfortable waiting area with a fridge of beverages to the bays with custom personalized service beyond the extent of my damage… I felt like royalty. I will definitely be bringing back my cars because they made me feel like family."

"Horrible auto shop! I only had a flat tire and broken window and it took over a month to get my vehicle back. However, when I finally got it back.. it was missing a rim cap, headliner had water damage, windows won’t defrost and the radio is damaged due to the water. Such an inconvenience to wait over 4 weeks to receive my vehicle and in this type of condition is unacceptable. I will never go back or recommend this company to anyone!"
