"Update 8/17/22: Gerardo and his team continue to deliver great service 2 years after my build. We had a few issues with manufacturer's parts failing (not issues with labor) and he was able to fix the issues as fast as he could receive the parts. I still highly recommend and continue to do work with Northbay Adventure Vans! Gerardo and the team did a great job on the full build of my 4x4 sprinter 170. They truly care about doing good work and delivered a quality product. Gerardo is easy to reach when there are issues and handles them in a timely manner. He also is good at walking through how to use the different systems in the van. I would highly recommend visiting this shop if you are looking for a full van build or just some small additions."
"We contacted Gerardo to see if he could install a furnace in our Casita camping trailer. He doesn’t usually work on trailers but said he could do the job for us. We could not order the Suburban furnace; however, we were able to buy a Propex furnace, made in Europe. He and Shawn did a beautiful job placing it exactly where we wanted it installed. It works perfectly. We plan to have them do future work for us as they are very competent and reasonably priced. Gerardo is a gentle soul. Thanks Gerardo for timely getting us on the road"
"I have been coming in to Northbay Adventure Vans on and off for the past year to see their custom builds and have been nothing short of blown away with the quality and creativity of their builds. I had the opportunity this past weekend to rent one of their creations and go on a weekend trip....the trip was great success and the van was amazing to drive and very comfortable to live in....I have to say it has me thinking about getting one now as they are not your grandparents rv....I highly recommend renting one of their vans and check it out for your self!!"
