"Everything you expect in a parts store, with friendly, knowledgeable staff. 2022 Still a great parts store, but I finally found a part they do not have. (Of course, no one else has it either!) It's an esoteric part for an antique Jeep, so no shade on O'Reilly. The great staff there bent over backwards to help me find the part, even searching the web. Great job, folks, thanks again! 2023 Yup, this us still my friendly neighborhood parts store!"

"The man who helped me was quite helpful. I didn't really know what I was doing but he did and it only took a few seconds for him to know exactly what I need. He was so nice and didn't treat me like I was dumb. He told me what I needed and explained why. He was great. He even checked what the car needed and found out it didn't need it after all so he gave back my money. He made a customer for good, if I have to get anything I'm sure to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts."

"2 stars because they are close to me. Other wise staffed by young punk kids who are not knowledgeable. The stock is often in boxes on the floor, not the shelves, leaving me to dig through and find it myself (if they even have it). Lousy customer service, when I asked an employee about a product they told me to go look on the shelves to see if they had it. As another example a product was listed on the shelf at one price rang up at another. When I mentioned it to the employee all he said was this is what it says in the system. I suggested he could go back and look at the shelf. When he arrived at the shelf and saw the different price he asked what he wanted me to do about it. I suggested that he ring it up for the advertised price as shown on the shelf. At that point he repeated it is not what is in the system and I would have to talk to his manager. I said that is fine after which he says the manager may not be in until tomorrow. The price difference was only ~3% ($1). I guess price match guarantee only applies to other stores not for themselves. Went to the O'Reilly in Santa Rosa and very friendly and helpful with the giant sign up behind the cash registers (see photo). Definitely lack of training going on in Windsor."
