"Worst Customer service. Bought something 5 minutes later I come back to return because it's the wrong part. won't let me in. it's 530 pm. closing time is 6 pm. would have taken 3 minutes to return. Same thing has happened before. staff was rude. Kid picking up the things to close was rude. Feels like you are pulling teeth to get any assistance with anything."
"This was my first time going to a pick n pull, and I read a lot of the reviews before I went to get a sense of what I'm getting myself into. I tried calling the number on Google and it rang for 2 minutes before disconnecting. The Pick N Pull website was very helpful in finding what car I was looking for and if they have any in stock. Once I got there, I was expecting much worse customer service considering the reviews I read. The people there, although not enthusiastic, were very helpful for someone who's never been to a pick n pull before. After they gave me a map and the cars I was looking for. You are pretty much on your own at that point. When you are there you always run the risk that you won't find what you are looking for, and I knew that going in. Thankfully I was able to find what I was looking for and only paid a total of $9 for the entire trip."
"There are many cars to recycle. They have a good selection of used tires. The prices are high for used parts. For example, they wanted $26 for a 3/4 worn tire with no guarantee that it would work. I found the same tire at Walmart for $53. For twice the price, I got a tire with full tread and a warranty. Pick and Pull can be difficult to work with. They charge $2 just to walk into the yard. This is always the last place I look for a part."
