"Very Unreliable and carefree to meet confirmed reservations. Enterprice has always made it A priority to meet reservations, THEY BOOK BASED UPON AVAILBILITY Or if for whatever reason that reservation should not surfice, but have always make it a specialized commitment To foresee putting me in a vehicle vehicle,the same class if not better. BUT NOT THIS, HIGHLY ADVISE DONT EVEN DEAL WITH THERE CRAPY Attitudes and lack of commitments to there Reservationist. This par branch had the utmost rudest authority speaking Non resolutionist of a manager I've ever dealt with. I booked a reservation due to insurance replacement vehicle, I called them to make sure there was gonna be no issues beforehand traveling an hour and a 1/2 away to pick up this vehicle. While doing so I was advised I have no options of any selection up until my arrival because she gets her "fleet delivered at the time exact of my reservation booking but she (the branch manager) found no alternative solution or appropriate vehicle off in order to meet my CONFIRMED RESERVATION at this time . But More importantly , her disreguarding my sence of need and reliabili her bad attitude She talked to me in such a way that was Discrontalled and sarcastic, very insensitive about the criteria base of need for my insurance replacement vehicle. Never will I recommend dealing with That location."

"Very easy to work with and great communication! Several times they followed up with me (phone and text) to check on how it was going. My car was being repaired nearby and I needed a rental car. Total cost for a subcompact Hyundai was about $90 a day, which was a little high I thought but for a last minute rental what could I do? If the price was a little lower I would have given them a fifth star. Pick up and drop off was a breeze and the car of course, was clean and undamaged."
