"Got a "high mileage oil change" including and extra qt for my vehicle because it calls for it. And a tire rotation. Aside from it being over-priced, Oil filter was loose! Lost half my oil! And tire rotation caused my break line to malfunction! It wasn't like that prior to service. I believe they hit the hard like to the caliper that created a problem for me later(brake line to break). I have changed my oil myself since then. I'll purchase cheap items for the job there but will no longer bring my truck in for service."
"Well, you get what you pay for. If you can afford to go somewhere else or you care about your time and your vehicle, you need to stay away from here. I had an appointment at 4pm and they didn't start working on my car until 4:45pm. They forgot to put my spare tire in the trunk and I almost left without getting my wheel lock key back. I was told it was in the car, so I checked everywhere. I walked back inside and the tech said "oh yeah I'll go grab it". Nice. The worst part is that they scratched a couple wheels and put the wheel weights on the outside of the wheels. On one wheel there is a 1" chunk of paint missing where they put the weight in the wrong spot and had to move it. Absolutely hideous. The employees were very nice. Thats why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1."
