"The crew at Alvarez is beyond amazing. My partner and I were towed to their shop after our Mazda 3's TCM gave out on the 128, 2 hours into a 10 hour drive back home to SoCal. Their crew, specifically Joel, was very attentive to give us a correct diagnostic and they were determined to help get us back on the road safely as soon as they could. Joel helped us understand what was going on under the hood, explained our different options, took the car out for test drives before handing it off to us once he was confident we were good to go. Thanks to their team we were able to make it back home, slowly but safely. Joel even taught us what to do in the case we had the issue with our transmission shifting gears. These guys are legit, honest mechanics."

"Omg I fricken love you guys they always answer their phones promptly have phone etiquette & even allows me to stop by same day for check ups they are the nicest guys ever & the guy in the front desk (forgot his name he was in crutches) such a nice fella they’re all friendly fast reliable service most importantly trustworthy one of the guys that was looking into my vehicle he even offered to take a video to throughly show me what caused my light to come on which was my 1st time experience that they’ve provided such an amazing service so I think I found my new mechanics in my new hometown thank you guys so much grateful for you guys"

"Dood these guys really know their stuff. I went to a lot of shops that couldn't figure out how to do what I needed. I've done some weird sh!t to my truck and they fixed what I did wrong and worked around the things that stayed. They do repairs right and at a great price. I recommend them for both custom work for your baby and repairs for your every day driver. 6/5 stars!"
