"This place… I was quite astounded at this place. I was with a friend of mine who had an appointment there. And so I was just hanging out with her. But what really got me was the great selection of sparkly waters instead of just your usual, sodas, in the machine. The bathrooms were really clean. And the guys who waited on us or helped us I should say we’re just so cool and so knowledgeable, it truly was a great place to hang out and I wasn’t even getting my tires done"
"Fantastic customer service. Treated so wonderful in a frustrating and challenging situation. I am always concerned that being a female I will be taken advantage of when it comes to auto repairs. They could have easily told me my tire was in no condition to be repaired and suggested I need a new tire...but I was assured that they will work with me to get me "back on the road". "Was leaving on a 5 hour drive in our Toyota Highlander. Vehicle didn’t start and engine lights came on. “See Dealer”, etc. Jump started and called dealer. “We will try to work it in to read the code”. Like it takes a lot of effort/time to read a code. Called Big O and they told us to bring it in and they will read the.code. They did immediately and searched for the part (a critical sensor). The part was located and the vehicle was repaired in time for the trip to continue. This isn’t the first time we have been impressed with Big O. Why would we go anywhere else?"
